Since our doors opened, we have aimed to be a matchmaker for schools and staff and our goals haven’t changed.

As with many companies, when the idea is first conceived, it serves as a manifesto for how the business will be run from the start date and onwards.

We knew that there were people qualified for these positions but finding the right match for both staff member and school was key. We wanted to fill that gap and work as matchmakers for schools and teachers.

From cover or supply teachers and exam invigilators, to maternity cover or full time teaching staff Pear Education only aims to place the very best teachers at the schools that need them the most. Our methods vary from school to school and from staff member to staff member. We like to treat our clients and candidates like the individuals that they are. Even if our methods are nimble, they are always compliant and regulated in order to provide the safest selection and recruitment in the business.

We work as if the schools we are recruiting for are our own and we vet candidates as if they were going to be teaching our own children. We only accept the highest standards and pass on those high standards to the schools we recruit on the behalf of.
